Returning Goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (always include the track & trace information). Once the returned item has been received, the purchase amount will be refunded. All returns must be registered with our customer service team.

I Received a Defective Item

If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence

Was your package damaged during delivery? Then take a photo and send it directly to our customer service. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without evidence reviewed by our support team, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or replacement item.

I Received the Wrong Item

If you have accidentally received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the received item

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.

For Defective Products

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or otherwise faulty, the return shipment is free of charge. In this case, we will send you a new, faultless item.

If You Wish to Return an Item

If you ordered the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want it, the return costs are at your own expense and you must be able to provide proof of return.
